Becky Todd is passionate about developing rich content that enhances the user experience. She has five years' experience designing and authoring software documentation, including three years' experience supporting Agile software teams practicing Scrum and Kanban.
At Netuitive, Becky led the documentation department, including planning, authoring, and editing user manuals and Help systems. She specialized in increasing usability, streamlining documentation processes, and increasing accuracy of documentation. Becky also produced a series of product videos used for sales, training, and marketing purposes.
Before joining Netuitive, Becky was a technical writer for DataLink, Inc. In this position, Becky created DataLink's technical documentation, marketing materials, and company newsletters.
Before becoming a technical writer, Becky conducted chemical research at Plasmine Technology, Inc. Her research included opportunities to partner with labs in Brazil and Japan to extend Plasmine's experimental research efforts.
Becky holds a B.S. in Professional Writing from Missouri State University, where she specialized in technical and professional writing and minored in chemistry.
