Jenny Staley has over 20 years of experience in learning and performance (L&P). Having received her Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and a Master's degree in Education she is currently a Project Lead and Sr. Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). She provides clients customized L&P solutions successfully applying personalized and full project lifecycle service. She currently holds the position of STC Washington DC-Baltimore Chapter Membership Manager and has served as an STC Summit Competition for Technical Communication judge.

Jenny's presentations and research interests focus on the role of technology in course design and instruction, instructional design process improvement, and curricular goal analysis and gap remediation through semantic analysis. She's presented at professional conferences and was invited to discuss the role of technology in education and working as a professional ISD.

A self-proclaimed,"Electronic Ecosystem Explorer," Jenny stays current and shares information through a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
