David is a Fellow of the Society. He has been the Washington, DC – Baltimore (WDCB) Chapter's liaison to local World Usability Day events, secretary and judge for STC newsletter competitions, contributing writer of Capital Letter, judge for the France chapter's technical publications competition, and co-founder and first president of the Belgium chapter. David currently serves as Usability SIG Manager for the Washington, DC – Baltimore (WDCB) Chapter, and editor of the Usability Interface; newsletter of the Usability and User Experience community.
